ParcelZo (parcelzo.co.uk) is a parcel tracking aggregation service operated and . We provide universal parcel tracking across 26+ UK couriers and 1,200+ international carriers.
For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, ParcelZo is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

2. Data We Collect
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
Tracking Data: When you enter a tracking number, we process that number to retrieve delivery status from the relevant courier. We do not permanently store tracking numbers.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our website, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URL.
Email Data: If you subscribe to delivery alerts or our newsletter, we collect your email address with your explicit consent.

5. Data Sharing
We may share your data with courier services (tracking numbers only, to retrieve delivery status), analytics providers (Google Analytics, in anonymised form), advertising partners (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok — via cookies with your consent), email service providers (to deliver alerts you have opted into), and hosting providers (Vercel Inc., for website delivery).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party service providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the ICO, or transfers to countries with an adequacy decision under UK GDPR.

Tracking numbers are processed in real-time and not permanently stored. Usage data is retained for 26 months. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Cookie data expires as set out in our Cookie Policy.
